Rush offers local and regional routes, servicing many of the same customers daily, and our drivers are home every night. You could earn, on average, $52,000+/year!
 

• Non-CDL - $1,120 per week avg -
  • $20/hr + OT hours after 50 paid at $30 (based on a 52-54 hour work week)
• CDL-B - $1,176 per week avg -
  • $21/hr + OT hours after 50 paid at $31.50 (based on a 52-54 hour work week)
• $1,000 Sign On Bonus - starts as soon as 2 weeks after hire!
• Usually Mon-Fri daytime hours, occasional weekend hours may apply for additional pay

Requirements:
Requirements: 2 years of verifiable experience, in the last 5 years, driving a 24'-26' box truck.
No speeding tickets more than 15mph over the posted speed limit in the past 3 years

• Valid drivers license
• Must live within a reasonable commute (no more than 30 - 45 minutes) from our terminal
• HazMat and Tank endorsement preferred but not required.
• Pass pre-employment DOT drug screen
• DOT Medical Card
• Must have a clean MVR and CSA score – no more than 2 moving violations in the past 12 months or 3 in the past 3 years
• Willing to do retail store deliveries with early morning start times (3am - 6am start), when necessary
• Be able to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds with no assistance
• Have a positive attitude and provide great customer service to our customers

Primarily Monday-Friday; Starting anywhere between 4am – 8am and you are typically finished between 3pm - 7pm. Some weekend work may be required.

Job Description

We are searching for a seasoned Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver outstanding service to both external and internal customers. CSRs play a pivotal role in guaranteeing that every Rush customer enjoys an exceptional experience beyond their expectations. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers in comprehending our products and services by addressing inquiries and processing orders through phone, email, or online requests.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor while interacting with customers
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Resolve customer-specific issues from order placement through freight delivery
• Verify accurate input of rates, fuel surcharges, and any applicable assessorial charges into the TMS
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions
• Communicate shipment status updates to customers as necessary
• Anticipate and communicate any service issues or delays to both customers and the internal team
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service process
• Escalate issues for prompt resolution
• Collaborate with Dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
